On my arrival (Sunday 23 June) at nearly 8pm, the receptionist was extremely helpful, advising me of good places to eat, and recommended a very good pub with a good selection of ales, it made for a very pleasant evening. The welcome was very friendly and hospitable. Staff like her are an asset to a hotel. My bike was accommodated. It was a brief but very pleasant stay, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The location is in the center of the city that is easy access to all stores, mall, restaurant, etc. The staffs are approachable and nice especially at the reception. Comfortable room, clean bathroom and important is we slept so good all night👌. The breakfast is superb

Staff and breakfast were very good. It was close to transportation and just a couple blocks from the water. Room was quiet.

Good breakfast, usual spread of cheeses and meats. Plenty of space in the dining room and between tables. Lovely selection of breads, but missed soft-boiled eggs.

The position was excellent for everything. It was all very spacious. Room was spacious great big TV. Breakfast was lovely, massive choice.

Location was perfect for us as we needed to be close for bus. Also good for exploring river area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff friendly and helpful, and packed an early breakfast, as we had to leave to catch bus. Comfortable beds
